• Customer support and technical documentation

3. User Account

To use our services, you must create an account. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and API keys
• All activities that occur under your account
• Notifying us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account

4. Payment Terms

Our services operate on a credit-based system:

• Credits are purchased in advance and do not expire
• All payments are processed securely through our payment providers
• Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis at our discretion

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use our services for any unlawful purposes or in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our services. Prohibited activities include:

• Attempting to circumvent our security measures or rate limits
• Reselling our services without explicit authorization
• Using our services to engage in illegal activities or violate third-party rights
• Reverse engineering or attempting to extract our proprietary technology

6. Limitation of Liability

DCMALL provides services on an 'as is' basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or error-free operation. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the services in the past 12 months.

7. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms or engage in activities that harm our services or other users. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.
